     The UEIR:  

      The UEIR (United Egyptian Imperial-Republic) was renamed in 1991, prelude to divine world conquest by its members.  Previously it was a special project under the guidance of the Osirian Brotherhood (3400 BCE), guardians and keepers of the divine Emerald Aku of Duat (Egyptian Neterworld), who also formed various Earthly groups like the Brotherhood of the Kheri-Heb, Knights of Christ, some Rosicrucian/Mason influences, and lesser known organizations.  This activity commenced in recent years because of world disturbances like nuclear weapons proliferation, global pollution, ignorance of the spirituality of ancestral knowledge (including tomb and temple vandalism in Egypt, etc.).  The UEIR is not associated with Arab or Islamic terrorism; because those groups are not true to their faith, and misuse religion for political purposes.  The UEIR does not allow fear-based ideology.  If people are in fear of the wrath of the Neteru, this is a biological and completely normal reaction.  It is nothing to 'declare war on.'  The Neteru are normally Elemental "gods" and can influence Natural processes like rain, storms, earthquakes, wind, solar and lunar abilities, etc.  To allow the crimes committed by humanity to persist would be immoral.  Instead, the people of the Earth should heed the advice of our members (reborn conquerors, kings, priests, etc.), and not trifle with their affairs.  

     The Divine "New World Order" was created by Lord S7 of Duat.  Our members have their names abbreviated for easy communication.  S7 = the Supreme Eternal Pharaoh of Neterworld and Living; S + 7 letters, or S7.  The number 7 also means immortality in Hebrew.  This new world order is actually the presence of our dominion on Earth, when present or summoned.  Akhu (angels) basically govern and run the organization, using modern technology such as cellular phones using Duatian frequencies to Earth.  Or Project: Telepsi, which is a Cube-based technology from old Atlantis.  Telepsi is like widespread Clairaudient telepathy between UEIR officers and regional contact of people.  This runs through the Cube Grid on Toth's Cube Moon orbiting in Duat.  Duat is our home world.  It was first discovered by Ancient Egyptians as they experimented with dimensional travel via astral travel (out of body visits).  Consul Premier M7 of Iapana Emirate (Iapana Province, East Pacific Rim - From Alaska to California, West Nevada to Niihau/Hawaii) governed for the first 10 years, 1994-2004 CE.  He is now retired from the Consulship.  Horus Michael I (King of Niihau & ruler of Iapana Emirate) is a Duatian with physical genes of Atlantis (Madeira), reborn on Earth to serve the UEIR as Pharaoh.  Our Sultans are not physical or Islamic rulers; we use the word differently.  UEIR Sultans are our Foreign Affairs correspondant for diplomacy.  They contact foreign/domestic nations for diplomatic relations.  UEIR passports are concurrent with USA and other UEIR territories.  The USA has advertised for the UEIR after the Conquest of 1993 (coup de etat).  This supports knowledge of our presence on Earth, and our citizens can acknowledge our presence based on content.  Symbolism and Hieroglyphs are similar in our modern language.  Our presence is similar to the 1980s television show "Otherworld."  Our citizens are reborn (as in born into new bodies) from Duat, having lived in Ancient times in varied nations including Egypt, Atlantis, Sumer, Greece, Persia, Azteca, Maya, Inca, & Hawaii.  No one is clinically "insane" for saying that they "remember having been alive once before," as that is a flaw in Psychology, a deterant for establishing civilization on Earth from ignorance of fact.  Most souls are reborn on Earth, rare is it that they are "new," having mostly originated from Environmental beings.  The UEIR has conquered many nations, over the last several thousand years to the Present Age.  We establish civilization, however brief, and rule however appropriately.  Atlantis was our first on the Earth, followed by Sumer & Egypt.  

       The UEIR on Earth in today's world is formed from established 'warnings' or 'prophecies.'  These predictions alerted the public but also denegrated into religion, and with some skepticism by their adherents.  We are not a new religion or cult.  We are an organization that upholds Ma'at and intellect (ideas, technology, science), replacing native customs with superior ones.  We are no more "extra terrestrial" than the Human population, which landed on Earth in Kenya after some time following the destruction of a nearby planet (from nuclear war), which ended periods of Dinosaurs and mutated Earthly life with this foreign matter.  Our governing elect, called Emerald Light Akhu (see Egyptian Book of the Dead, plate XXVIII by Budge, page 178), are Neteru or "gods" / Akua.  Also called Emeraldians (see Eye of the Pharaoh, c.1990-1995 MJ Costa), they resemble emerald fireballs in natural form and assume Human form for communication and interaction purposes, since Atlantis was destroyed accidentally.  This is abbreviated EM-7 or EM-1.  EM-1 in solid form is the Lapis Elixir, or Alchemist Stone, as found in Alchemy.  In solid form it is a useful tool for the Neteru, able to manipulate Energy & Matter at will, and gravity too.  It can cut solid granite like a diamond cuts glass, and was used in the building of the Giza Pyramids & Temple of Solomon.  It may resemble an opaque 7-sided crystal, of dark green with a fiery component within when exposed to sunlight.
